Angular - not good explained in this class

I extract zip file opened it with IntelliJ after few step error TSLint: Fatal error: Failed to load C;\Dev\photoBlog\tslint.json : after that : Could not find custom rule directory: C:\dev\photoBlog\node_modules\codelyzer

i think something is missing in your zip.file not all commands npm install wont help if you know something answer

I think the free version of IntelliJ doesn't support Angular for those errors - VS code works just fine
