Python Python for File Systems Navigation Dir Contents

Answer passed the first time, but not any other time...

Does anyone else have this issue?

Sometimes I know without a doubt that my code works, but the interpreter keeps marking it as incorrect.

contents.py
import os

def dir_contains(path, names):
    for root, dirs, files in os.walk(path):
        for filename in names:
            if filename not in files:
                return False

    return True
