It's an external stylesheet!!! I don't agree - it could also be an internal stylesheet, as well. Confusing. IMO

42,016 Pointsbut could you change the look of an entire site with an internal stylesheet? You could change the look of one page, but you would have to duplicate the styles on every single page if you wanted to change the whole site. With an external stylesheet you only need a single file.
