Are all the elements in HTML not case sensitive?

I know html to be a language which is not case sensitive. But usually to many rules there are exceptions.

HTML is not case sensitive. Its best practice to use lower case though. There is a few weird exceptions. You can read more here https://stackoverflow.com/questions/4351857/is-html-case-sensitive .
