Are dev tools different on Mac vs. Pc?

My dev tools on Chrome on my PC look different than the dev tools on Chrome on a Mac...am I doing something wrong? If not, why do mine look different than this video? I don't have nearly as many options...

I just took a cursory glance but they look similar on PC and Mac. Was there something specific? The difference between what you have and what is seen in the video will be based on the age of the video in that it probably has an earlier version of the browser. Over time features get removed/replaced/relocated.
