JavaScript Installing and Using Create React App

As of 01/12/2021 there is a different way to use create-react-app

When you attempt to follow the video or if you already have create-react-app installed globally then you need to follow instructions here: https://create-react-app.dev/docs/getting-started/

short version is to uninstall create-react-app globally:

npm uninstall -g create-react-app

or

yarn global remove create-react-app

then you can do this: npx

npx create-react-app my-app

npm

npm init react-app my-app

Yarn

yarn create react-app my-app

This worked for me. Hope this helps!
