In this code when I run it is asking for the boolean expression to evaluate adn I'm not sure what it is.
int value = -1; string textColor = null; (value < 0) ? "red" : "green";

you are not actually assigning anything. the proper syntax here is myVariable = (boolean expression) ? value1 : value2;
