CSS CSS Transitions and Transforms Getting Started with CSS Transitions Transitioning Specific Properties with transition-property

At 2:35-2:42 in the Video the script of the video appears to contradict the visual. Why is the border-radius changing?

Was the browser not refreshed? He states notice how the background only is being affected, not the border radius. But the border-radius continues to transition. Then he removes the border-radius property and it works as stated. Is this a video flaw or am I missing something? thanks

Hi David,

Guil isn't saying that the border-radius won't change, only that it will not transition over .4s. This is mentioned around 2:40 in the video

When he hovers over the button, notice that the border-radius makes an instant change and only the background takes .4s to transition.

Ah - thank you!
