HTML How to Make a Website Styling Web Pages and Navigation Style the Image Captions

At video part 1:03 Nick decreased the font size to 0.75em because he said it's too big. Did he mean the default of 16px?

Is he referring to the default html font size of 16px? And it is too big to use for the text in the images, and so that's why it needs to be reduced at 0.75em? So now it is 0.75 smaller than the 16px?

Hoping this answers your question 1em = default font size, So if the default is set to 16px, then .75em would be 75% of the original size of 16px.

the 16px will still stay the base font size of the HTML document as a whole.

Thank you!
