When it comes to adding new constraints, what are the differences between check the box "constrain to margins" and uncheck the box

hey there! constrain to margins essentially leaves padding around your UIView. Unchecking that will make your constraints go all the way to the edge of the screen (true zero). checking it will leave a bit of room for the margin
