CSS Using calc() as Background Position Offsets

Why he added "rock.png" before "header-bg.jpg" ? When i did this, the "header-bg" image got blurred . Is it necesary to add "rock.png" before "header.bg.jpg"?

We need to see the code. You can add images to the page in HTML and add background images with CSS
