Occasionally a quiz question will require me to type in text but it shows the letters in reverse order.

It sounds like you might be having the same issue as in this other question and also this one both posted recently..

You might want to contact the Support folks, and perhaps mention the other questions. Post back on the results if they get it fixed for you.
