1,761 PointsPer Jay Padzensky one of the Treehouse Staff "Peer reviews are performed by individuals who are a minimum of three projects ahead in the same Techdegree or graduates of that TD". Front End Web Development Techdegree Graduate 30,654 PointsIt is actually not implemented once you graduated and you are no longer enrolled in Techdegree. I graduated and cannot access peer reviews on web. So this is first hand experience unfortunately.
