JavaScript JavaScript Basics Working with Strings Combine and Manipulate Strings

Below role, create a new variable named msg that combines the firstName, lastName and role variables to create a string

app.js
let firstName = 'Aaron';
let lastName = 'Flowers';
let role = 'developer';
let msg = firstName + ' ' + lastName + ':' + role

Hi Aaron, your code is missing empty space after colon so the string stored in msg would look like this: 'Aaron Flowers:developer'. By adding space in between colon and role you will pass the challenge.

let firstName = 'Aaron';
let lastName = 'Flowers';
let role = 'developer';
let msg = firstName + ' ' + lastName + ': ' + role;
