Best way to change the logo for twitter to insta? I've seen there's .svg files for them, online convertor not working

Hi!

I'd like to change the Twitter and Github links to Instagram and Etsy to make the page more relevant - I thought it would be simple to upload the logos and use the images, but have seen that the existing logos are actually .svg files which I've not used before. I tried to use an online convertor with no luck. Is there a best way to make these changes?
