Android

Bon jour! I've returned with a question about Android , my previous account, Windows 7, and my laptop...

Well hello. I had a previous account but I switched methods of payment, so , for some reason, it has made me start over and Ive lost all the previous progress I had under my old email. Can this be sorted. I dropped the program as I was having issues using the emulator in Android. As it turns out, my laptop is just old enough ( or it may have to do with the OS) that I dont have virtualization ( Windows 7). You may want to warn people in future, but I digress. It's my hope that an actual android phone will work instead? If this is not the case can someone let me know asap? I also made some progress in the JS track and would likd to continue it. Thanks.

Hi Helena, welcome back!

I can't help with the account & track query; sorry. Email support would be the quickest way to get a response on that.

An Android phone will work fine instead of an emulator, yes. Bear in mind you are limited to the SDK of that phone. What was wrong with your laptop and the emulator?

Steve.

Either the laptop or the installed OS (W7) dont support virtualization. The laptop is 3 years old.
