Bootstrap outline color change

Hey so i'm trying to get rid of the blue outline-color on the mobile menu bar. I looked at the developer tools and its the outline-color that needs to be changed but for some reason i can't tag it. I think it might have to do with the parents above it effecting my css but not sure. Here's the code.
