bootstrap shortcodes plugin not working.

I have the bootsrap shortcodes plugin by kevin Attfield installed, but it does not seem to be working. It does not create any of the nifty menu options that you see in the video.

michael groen I did try that it it was still not working. For some reason today it started working when I used it on DesktopServer rather than MAMP. This is not the first time MAMP has acted up on me.
