Bootstraps from scratch??

So what does it mean to not use any themes ... but build to build the landing page using Bootstrap 4, however DO NOT use a Bootstrap theme, this should be built using bootstrap from scratch?

does this mean I can use the components, utilities,. . . etc.

My mentor sent me this project test, .. .

Hi djsands, yes you're correct; it simply means to build using the components/utilities of bootstrap rather than just dumping a theme on the page. I presume the test is designed to further enhance your knowledge with Bootstrap
