Border does not center when I refresh browser. Checked html and css code and it is the same as video tutorial.

I followed along with the CSS Select and Style by Class video but when I refresh page nothing happens. I entered my work the following way: index.html: <h2 class="card-title">Background</h2> styles.css: .card-title { text-align: center; }
