Build Failure - Possible Version Issue

Getting this error when attempting a pipeline build -

java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Unsupported class file major version 59

I attempted to change the JDK from 11 to 8 but I am getting the same error.

Any ideas on how to get this running? Thank you!
