Python Python Basics (2015) Logic in Python Try and Except

Bummer

I tried the 3rd task but it is not working. Any suggestions

def add(x, y)
    try:
        x = float(x)  
        y = float(y)
    except ValueError:
        return None
    else:
        return x+y

Remember the colon (:) when you create a function.

def add(x, y): #Add the colon
