Python Django Forms Forms Create a Validator

Bummer! Make sure the validator does not allow @teamtreehouse.com email addresses.

I can't understand why I get this error: "Bummer! Make sure the validator does not allow @teamtreehouse.com email addresses.". What's wrong?

myproject/forms.py
from django import forms
from django.core import validators

def not_treehouse(value):
    if value.strip().lower().endswith("@teamtreehouse.com"):
        raise forms.ValidationError("The email address can't be from any Treehouse coworkers.")

class LeadShareForm(forms.Form):
    email = forms.EmailField()
    link = forms.URLField()
    honeypot = forms.CharField(widget=forms.HiddenInput, required=False, validators=[not_treehouse])
