Hi Kelsey,

Yeah these challenges can become quite difficult to debug when there isn't much information provided in the error messages.

There are a couple issues with your code. The first is when you are trying to get the "to_user". Take a look at what attribute of the User model you are filtering on:

to_user = models.User.get(models.User.user_id**user_id)  # User.user_id

Typically, a model won't have its own id labelled this way. It will just be 'id':

to_user = models.User.get(models.User.id**user_id)  # User.id

The other issue is in your return statement. Note that the index view isn't expecting any variables, but you are still passing in a user_id. If you look at the cancel_order view you can see what the redirect should look like.
