Can anyone please explain what is meant by "rating threshold"?

This relates to project 5 of the Android Track. Can anyone please explain what is meant by "rating threshold"?

A minimum rating. If the "rating threshold" is 3 then only return movies with an average rating of 3 or higher.

Thank you Seth. So, how about minimum number of ratings? Isn't this the same thing?

The number of ratings would be how many ratings a movie has or how many people rated the movie. The threshhold is about how good or bad the movie is rated.
