Can bootstrap 4 have multiple files

I mean can u link other files to it . Any suggestions please

Yes, Bootstrap is just a Front-end Framework, so it would the equivalent of you importing css and javascript files to your project. In other words, you can add multiple css/javascript files to projects that are using Bootstrap. Just remember the css cascade rules because you can override some of bootstraps rules with your other imported libraries, or custom code.
