Hey Yasser, I don't think anyone can honestly answer that question for because there are too many variables (eg existing skillset, location & market demand, etc)

I will say that the Treehouse community is awesome and has always answered any questions I've had. Hope you make a go at it, good luck =)

Hi Yasser,

It probably greatly depends on the skills that you already have. However, 1 hour per day for 6 months is only about 180 hours which at 40 hours per week is only 4 1/2 weeks. Very few people are able to absorb enough new information in a single month to get a new position or job in that field. Again, if you pre-existing knowledge (i.e. you are just learning another programming language and already know one), then sure this is enough time to get a solid core foundation in the new language.

I hope that helps,

Mike

PS: Thanks to the awesome resources on Team Treehouse, I just launched my first app. :-)

Hi Yasser,

The best job I've ever had is working for myself.

Maybe that "new job" is one you create for yourself,

if you are into "Entrepreneurship and innovation"
