Can I make a parallax efect using Bootstrap?

I would like to make parallax efect in the header of the page - how can I do this using Bootstrap?

Hiya there! Parallax effect isnt that hard to achieve actually. But Parallax effect is more of a JavaScript than CSS or Bootstrap. Any interactivity with a webpage is done with JavaScript. CSS is just there to make things pretty. But i reckon there is a way to add Parallax effect without JavaScript but its gonna be a headache and messy coding.
