There is no way to change the streamed video quality at this time. If you're having buffering problems, I would recommend downloading the video files. You can download either standard definition or high definition versions using the links in the downloads tab below the video.

If I were suffering slow internet and having trouble with the streaming video, I would download the video to an Mp4 file and watch it locally on my workstation.
Each video should give you a download link. Please see if this option works for you.
