PHP Build a Simple PHP Application Creating the Menu and Footer Variables and Conditionals

can i skip the questions at the end of the tutorials after many goes it seems to waste lots of my time

I have been trying to answer a question in code challenge and keep getting stuck on one, but I want to move on with the tutorial can I do this ?

It's up to you but unless you use what you're learning right away it doesn't really stick very well in the long run. I would recommend doing them as it may seem a bit simple just now, but as soon as a real world problem comes along it will require synthesis of all of the points together and unless you've really digested them it can take much longer in reality.
