Can I use 'sudo adduser' on Git Bash?

I'm currently using Git Bash and when I type in sudo adduser, I get this error: 'bash: sudo: command not found'

I even tried typing 'sudo adduser <newuser>' and got the same error. Am i using the wrong command?

Good question, I am interested in it either.

Is this the one for Windows that's usually bundled with GitHub Desktop? Then no. Neither sudo or adduser are available as commands on Windows.
