Can someone translate this question and show me how to do it?

So, it wants you to find the image named logo.png which is one level up from your current index.html file in a folder called 'img'. So if they were at the same level you would simply do img/logo.png BUT since it's a level up you need to access it this way:

<img src="../img/logo.png">

You are so close! Go one level out of the current folder, the folder named "img". If you go out one level, use the ../, if you go out two level, use the ../../, but now you need go out one level so ../. Enter now the img folder ../img and end put this your code. ../img/logo.png . Hope this help.
