Can the sketchapp.com app be used for windows?

I looked online and it appears to be designed only for the Mac OS not windows 10. Does anyone have any suggestions?

From the system requirements

Is Sketch available for Windows or Linux? Due to the technologies and frameworks exclusive to OS X that Sketch has been built upon, regrettably we will not be considering supporting Sketch on either of these platforms.
