Hi sir, I have problem of my permalink, when i create a navigation menu and go to settings > Permalink Settings > Common Settings : i was select by Day and name or by Post name but when i click on the navmenu link i get :
Not Found The requested URL /wp/blog/ was not found on this server. Apache/2.2.8 (Win32) PHP/5.2.6 Server at localhost Port 80
Notice : i use AppServ Local Software.

Courses Plus Student 1,292 PointsYes I can. But when I replace it to another type. Always occur to me that problem. I do not know how to solve it. Does this mean should be to work with XMAMP??

I'm also having this problem.
When permalinks are set to default the site works fine, but when set to any other option I get the dreaded 404.
Another student here posted that he had the same issue, but when the site was transferred to a live server the issue disappeared; this might be a clue for you to help decipher the problem...
