Can you try multiple inputs at once?

I know you can catch multiple errors if you add exception blocks but can you try multiple inputs in one try block?

Would this work? And if not, what would be my options if I wanted to try multiple inputs at once? Would I have to do multiple try and except blocks, because that seems kind of tedious
