Cancellation during Trial period-Number of takes to execute the cancellation.

Hi,

I enrolled for a Trial period and had cancelled before the trial period ends. Though I had enjoyed and learned the content very well, for time being I wanted to cancel the enrollment due to the cost.

Please note that my Trial period ends on 26th-Sep-2016. But you see when I cancelled , I got to see that my subscription will be cancelled on 27th-Sept even I did just before moments on 25th-Sep-2016.

Then can you kindly let me know whether the actual trial period is 5 days or 1 week as said.

Kindly note that, I won't be willing to see my card is debited because of the delay in the execution period. Thanks for your knowledge sharing.
