Cannot create a new folder

I cannot create a new folder. I right click on the grey bar and select new folder but nothing happens

Try clicking file then new folder.

I had the same problem. I tried both ways, "Left click -> new folder" and "File -> New Folder", but couldn't manage to open a new folder. The solution is quite simple though, just close workspaces in your browser and open it again. The cause might have been that I tried creating the new folder while the site was still importing the images from the computer.
