Cannot seem to get jQuery to add into element

I need to add target="_blank" into a link with jQuery, but I can't seem to get it right. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You'll want to chain the attr() method onto the selector using dot notation. Trying checking out the attr documentation page.

It should look something like: $('selector').method('argument', 'argument');

Please let me know if you're still having trouble, and we can walk through a solution. Happy coding! :)
