Cannot solve tiles exercise

The feedback is that the output is wrong. (The '||' items a supposed to trigger a line shift.)

mapping.py
TILES = ('-', ' ', '-', ' ', '-', '||',
         '_', '|', '_', '|', '_', '|', '||',
         '&', ' ', '_', ' ', '||',
         ' ', ' ', ' ', '^', ' ', '||'
)

for item in TILES:
    if not item=='||':
        print(item,end='')
    else:
        print('',end='\n')

Try printing just a newline.

The challenge says "In that case, ... print a new line (\n)". So do exactly what it says:

        print('\n')

I found this one odd myself, but when in doubt, always take the challenge literally.
