There appears to be a bug on the site that displays a broken link if no project downloads are available for that video. Until this is fixed, if you see a link to project downloads and the URL is http://treehouse-code-samples.s3.amazonaws.com/ then you can assume there are no project downloads for this video. If there are project downloads for that video, the link should work.
