Can't create a folder, can't mark it

So, I have seen https://teamtreehouse.com/community/wouldnt-let-me-create-class-in-model-folder this question but I even can't see "Mark Directory as...Source root".

When I was one other project, I wanted to try to make this. However, I can't see "new > directory". scrshot

So I just created it in finder. But, I even can't make mark it as test directory. scrshot

Please help me do it. It seems like maybe the file structure is not ideal, but have no idea how to fix it.
