Cant Figure Out this challenge

i get error it looks like task 1 is no longer passing

even.py 
import random 

def even_odd(num):
    # If % 2 is 0, the number is even.
    # Since 0 is falsey, we have to invert it with not.
    return not num % 2
start = 5

while start = True:
    random.randint(1,99)
    if even_odd(random.randint):
        print("{} is even").format(random.randint)

  • "Make a while loop that runs until start is falsey". "Falsey" in Python include the integer 0, empty string/list/dictionary, False and None. In this case, the while loop should end when start equals to 0. Hence:
...
while start:
...

The while loop will keep running until start == 0.

  • To format a string, you need to place .format(...) right after the closing quote mark. E.g.:
...
print("{} is even".format(random.randint))

Also, you need to assign random.randint(1, 99) to a variable, and pass the variable to .format() method.

The reason you got the error message is that you shouldn't do start = Truein your while loop condition. There should be 2 equal signs when you are comparing values.
