Can't open "android-studio-bundle-windows" as archive

I downloaded the "Android Studio for Windows" from the links under Teacher's Notes. When I try to extract it or open it, it says that it cannot be open as archive. I also tried downloading it directly from android.developer.com but when I extract the files, it gives me a bunch of folders named with random symbols. This file isn't the beta version, did I not download the right file?

do you have screen shots? I may be able to help. What os are you using, windows xp, vista, 7, 8, or 10?
