Can't resize broswer small enough!!!

What am I doing wrong? I can't get Chrome (even with the re-sizer extension) to re-size small enough to trigger the media query! I'm pretty sure all my code is good, I just can't understand why the window/veiwport size will not go below 600 plus pixels

I've noticed that Chrome stops resizing at a certain point, but I have never had an issue with my media queries not triggering.

Could you share your code?
