Can't reveal type words in a custom shape. Can someone help?

I draw a custom shape and try to type horizontally inside the shape; but the words did not show up. i am certain that my layers are correct, so can't figure out what's the problem. Can someone help?

Hey Chen,

My best guess would be that you are using the same color as the shape (?) Could you provide a screenshot and post it here? (Posting a link is ok as well)
