Cant turn the word Portfolio to dark green using class attribute to show which page you are on.

The word Portfolio only changes dark green when I hover over with a cursor as do the About and Contact. Those two are fine, but Portfolio should be dark green without hovering over it.

Here is what I wrote in HTML: <li><a href="index.html" class="selected">Portfo#lio</a><li>

Here is what I wrote in main CSS: nav a.selected, nav a:hover { color: #32673f; }

have you checked to see that the selected class is on your HTML is only on your portfolio link?
