Carousel not showing on Google Chrome?

I'm using Google Chrome to follow this tutorial and rewatched this video several times to make sure the code is the same. and the carousel/slides still would not show up.

I tried it on Internet Explorer and everything works fine. Any reason why this works on one browser but not another?

clear browser history or try icognito mode.
