you don't earn any certificates from any of the treehouse courses.

Im not a web designer but certificate like this one will stay good in my CV. So thats why I am asking ... So do you have or not ?

There are no certificates, but with Web Design/Development your work is your certification. Prospective employers will want to see things that you have created, contributed to. So ensure you have a good online presence GitHub, CodePen, Dribble, LinkedIn etc
