Hi Amelia

In the Task you were not suppose to add:

<script src= "script.js"></script>

You just needed to add the alert between the script tags.

<!DOCTYPE HTML>
<html>
<head>
  <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8">
  <title>JavaScript Basics</title>
</head>
<body>
  <script>
    alert('Warning!');
  </script>
</body>
</html>

I am not sure why you have two script tags in your code. One will do with only the alert message.

<!DOCTYPE HTML>
<html>
<head>
  <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8">
  <title>JavaScript Basics</title>
</head>
<body>
  <script>alert('Warning')</script>
</body>
</html>

This passed for me. Hope that helps.

Bryon

Thank you.
