Challenge Passed but sublime showing an error

Hi! I attached my code and it's passed the step 1 of this challenges. But why sublime showing an TypeError? TypeError: unsupported operand type(s) for &: 'set' and 'dict'. Your help will be appreciate

If you use python 3.6, you would write and rather than &.
